Boarding Requirements

Our dog boarding program begins with a personalized approach to ensure each dog feels comfortable and cared for from the very start. We conduct an initial conference with the owner to learn about the dog’s personality, preferences, and any special needs. Feeding routines are carefully determined, including whether the dog will eat its own food or ours, along with exact meal times and portions. Any medications are clearly documented and administered as directed. 

Once the dog arrives, we bring them into a home-like environment to begin bonding and to assess their temperament, including how they interact with other dogs and which companions or kennel neighbors are the best fit.  A temperament screening is also conducted prior to daycare participation to ensure compatibility within playgroups. 

Additionally, we offer flexible pricing options, including a sliding fee scale for families boarding multiple dogs, making our services both competitive and accommodating.

To ensure the safety and well-being of all dogs in our care, we require the following:

Vaccinations (Must Be Current)

• Bordetella (Kennel Cough) – Oral
• Rabies (3-Year Vaccine)
• Lyme Disease – Annual
• DHLPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus) – Annual 

Health Condition

• Dogs must be free of any contagious illnesses or infections
• No open wounds or untreated injuries
• Dogs should be in overall good health at the time of boarding

Behavior Requirements

• Dogs must have no history of aggressive or malicious biting behavior

Once you’ve decided to board your dog with us, you’ll be asked to provide the following information via email to ensure we give your dog the best possible care:

Owner Information

• Full name
• Address
• Contact information (phone and email)

Dog Information

• Breed
• Age
• General description (size, temperament, any notable traits)

Boarding Details

• Requested drop-off date
• Requested pickup date

Behavior Profile

(Please provide an honest and accurate description of your dog’s behavior.)

• Around people (including new individuals/attendants)
• Around other dogs

Health Status

• Current overall health condition
• Any medical concerns, past issues, or special care needs

Feeding Preferences

• Will you provide your dog’s own food, or
• Would you like us to provide kennel food (Victor brand)
