One of our standout features is our floor heating system, which keeps dogs warm and comfortable at all times. After outdoor play, dogs come back inside and dry off quickly on the heated floors—no lingering cold or dampness.

We focus heavily on personal attention and relationships. Every dog receives individual affection, and our staff takes the time to truly get to know both pets and their owners. We offer sit-down discussions in our lodge room to learn about each dog’s personality, routines, and needs, ensuring a tailored experience.

To keep owners connected, we provide regular video updates, typically every day or two, showing your dog exercising and enjoying their stay—complete with personalized commentary.
